I think writing is my all time favorite expression, I find it easier to write my feelings then to say them out loud at times-most times. I guess that's why when my boss sent me on here checking forums for girls interested in dieting (he's a plastic surgeon with a book out called Alternate Day Dieting), it caught my eye that I might want to start an account of my own. My journal is going to be all about tracking progress with the diet and how well I do-or don't do lol! And I will post pics for my before and afters and all of that. But pretty much it's going to be a 6 month journey of dieting-fasting, restricting, exercising all of that. Here are my stats:
